Our aim is to bring together approximately 30 brilliant women leaders of sustainability education to deepen relationships, learn from one another, and spark innovative collaborations—through candid conversation, place-based experiences, play, inspiration, and renewal. 

During our time together, we will explore one central question:

• How can we collaborate to strengthen the field of sustainability education through our leadership individually and collectively so that we can increase the speed and scale of sustainability education in Pre-K-12 schools and Pre-Service Education Institutions in Colleges and Universities? 

  • What does leadership for Sustainability Education require from us now?

  • What could we accomplish through an ongoing community that we cannot accomplish alone?

Our weekend will include structured dialogue, time outdoors, activities led by the Gulf State Park Learning Campus team, shared meals, informal evenings, and space to renew and connect.
